Pro Flo 4 Install: cranks, wont start

Good morning, tried everything I can think of but can't get my 71 Bronco 302 to start. It cranks and sputters as if it's about to turn over, but then back to cranking.

1971 Bronco 302w
PMGR Starter
8202 MSD Blaster 2 coil
Edelbrock EFI Pump/Sump system w/ hardlines and stock mechanical fuel pump. Vented to main tank fill neck.
New RedTop Optima battery (May have drained it a bit trying to start it the last week or so, will try charging and if it checks out will have is tested)
Shorty headers
Pink/black ignition wire jumped to positive battery terminal. Also had same result with it hooked on to green/red 904 wire (should be run/crank) (

I primed the sump and adjusted fuel pressure to 43psi. MSD Blaster 2 coil runs 0.7ohms. I've tried starting it both with the vacuum connection to the sump/pump on and off. Checked all the connections, O2 sensor position and wiring, timed retimed and repeated initial timing to 12deg BTDC....not sure where to go next! So close!

Also can anyone confirm the distributor orientation. I moved it from point toward the rear to pointing toward the 1st cylinder (front passenger on the Bronco. Also counter clockwise from there I have the firing order/spark plug wires oriented 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8
