My girlfriend wanted a Bronco and decided to just buy one this summer with help from our great friend Mark at beachcitybroncos.com in San Diego. It's a pretty unremarkable 1967 Bronco with a v8 (289), 3 on the floor, stock axles (Dana 30 front), manual everything, drum brakes.
The good news is very minimal rust and the rust that's there is easy to repair (came with new doors and fenders).
The bad news is it has sat for a very long time so it needs a 100% mechanical restore. No brakes (the lines to the master cylinder were completely eaten up), wiring was butchered, needed new wheels and tires, shocks.. everything.
Some pictures to get started for now since I haven't done much. Looking for a 302 and waiting for the Centech harness I ordered 2 months ago.
Getting it home with help from dad. It was a hot, long day towing it into position with my truck and winching it up into the driveway:

After a wash and in it's resting spot for now:

Got the top off and gave it to a member here on SCB, did some tear down. Now that it's in my driveway spot, work on the truck has mostly ceased so I'm very motivated to get this thing running and driving so I can have my spot back to get back to work on the F150 build:

New rims and tires (33x15x12.5" on Procomp wheels):

Short-term plans:
- Got a disc brake conversion for the D30 to install from Wild Horses
- All new brake and fuel lines
- Need to find a 302 and get that running
- Waiting on a wiring harness to arrive
- Power steering
- Shocks and springs
Long-term:
- Overdrive automatic transmission
- EFI
- Air-conditioning
- Hydro-boost brakes
After my last build where I built it from the frame up, I decided this time I'll build the whole Bronco and once everything is done the way we want we'll tear it down and have Beach City Broncos paint it/do remaining body work.
