Oh wow, I owned this Bronco just before you. I got it when I was 17 and it was in a poor state. My buddy (whom you got it from) helped me get it into decent shape until eventually he needed it to settle the deal with you. Nice to see it being cared for!

Finished filling holes in the dash. Need to put some filler on it and sand it down. Then I'll take it to Beachcitybroncos.com and Mark's body guy is going to teach me a bit about paint. Also scored a rebuilt 302/c4/d20 so now I pretty much have all the big-ticket items to get this thing running...

I plan to drive my '78 F150 up on Saturday morning (leaving Sunday) with my buddy in his '05 Rubicon (each with a passenger). My dad is thinking about coming thru as well in his Gladiator. The Bronco isn't ready this year.

I believe I do have a copy of the schematic referenced by the calibration code on my valve covers and I do indeed have all of the parts. I know for a fact I had it all set up incorrectly when it passed his visual check and the sniffer (very good readings he pointed out). I was missing the heat...
